Refund & Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items (Cannot Be Refunded or Returned Once Ordered)
The following items cannot be refunded or returned under any condition once the order is placed:

  • Sale items (Any products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Graphic printed t-shirts
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Returns Policy (For Eligible Items Only)
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at support@teesnmerch.com. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Failed Payments
If your payment fails, the funds will be returned to your account automatically within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Since the payment was not successful, we do not receive the money. Refunds for failed payments are handled directly by payment gateways such as PayPal, Shopify Payments, or Stripe.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you need is to request a return for the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will be notified once your return has been processed.
